Front desk staff are amazing! Very kind and helpful during check in / check out always. The clinical staff is also very encouraging and celebrates all your wins with you. My wife and I have both lost 30 pounds so far. Important to remember that to lose weight successfully, you have to change your eating habits as well!

I absolutely love Houston Weight Loss Center-Heights! I’ve been apart of the program for 1yr now and it’s the best decision I’ve made! Lost 70lbs total in 11 months, the healthiest weight loss I’ve had thus far! The staff are amazing & always positive each time I come in. They even remember my name! Dr. Tonya Kane is the BEST! She is the reason for my successful journey! Thank you HWLC for your support!

I felt very rushed through my appointment. I really can’t remember much of what was discussed with the Nurse practitioner. I am a nurse and I can figure things out but if someone doesn’t have the medical background or is nervous in a medical setting, this can add to their anxiety. I don’t think anyone takes lightly the decision of coming to a weight loss center and a personal connection with your patient is very important. I think this is a great program. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable, but there are ways to maximize an appointment time without the patient feeling rushed.

If you are looking to loose weight, i would 1000x recommend Houston WLC! From the very beginning they were warm, friendly and had no problems addressing any of my questions or concerns. They give you so many resources and are very supportive of you through the whole process! As a black woman with PCOS, i have struggled with loosing weight all my life and now I finally feel like i am seeing results. I have only been a patient for 3 months and i am already down 25lbs!!! I am eternally grateful for the team at Houston WLC and will continue to tell everyone I can about this program!

I did the program between Aug 2021 and Apr 2022 and it worked great for me. Since then I gained some of the weight back and decided to reenroll. I did notice that the people are more friendly and helpful this time around. Keep it up. Thank you.

So far everything has been great at Houston Weight Loss Centers. I go the Heights location. The staff has been very friendly, supportive and efficient. I am down over 30 pounds already and only 3 months in. I have not experienced any significant side effects associated with semaglutide. I would highly recommend to anyone who has struggled to lose weight.

I've been going here now for 3 months. Tonya is absolutely incredible. She listens so well, and encourages healthy eating (read: whole foods, protein, fiber) over fad diets. Slow and steady weight loss is key, while also promoting healthy habits and lifestyle changes. When my most recent goal wasnt met (literally my own personal goal, not hers), she immediately jumped in and pointed out all of the amazing progress I made in the last, not just the pounds off the scale. Straight up, she has helped me reshape my relationship with not only food but myself. 100% would recommend!
